The Farms History

The Farm at Red Oak has always been a working farm. The Bass family spent many years growing chicken for Perdue.

Spring Wheat makes the perfect canvas to envison a new community.
HARVESTING WHEAT
A beautiful crop of wheat was harvested the first week of June 2020 to make way for The Farm at Red Oak
The Farm From Above
July marked a great month for The Farm. We received approval on the south side of the property and we are gaining momentum in checking all of the boxes to get ready for the first homes.
Rough Cut Roads
As the colors of fall approach we are beginning to rough cut our roads. We currently have two phenomenal builders!
