We recruit the builder teams, qualify the teams to the developers specifications and negotiate terms and take down schedules for their home-sites.
Homowner Support
We assist in all things from the first inquiry to homeowner possession including relocation assistance and coordinating the sale of the current house with the completion of their new home.
Community Marketing Plan
Starting with land acquisition we move right into creating logos, detailed marketing plans, website design, signage, street names and collaborate in creating the HOA and total overall subdivision concept from dirt to community.
Builder Partnership
We partner with builders, selecting many of the plans for our subdivisions. Assist in developing professional portfolios, generally market our builders business and create project flow systems.
