​We still cultivate the hundreds of acres surrounding this beautiful neighborhood. The site itself has grown thousands of pounds of sweet potatoes, wheat, soybeans and has produced chicken for our nation. It truly is a special place rich in history.

With more than 120 years of experience, our phenomenal build team is here to customize your home in every way you envision. Our lots are offered at 3/4 acre to over 2 acres.
